Michelle Clark brings 28 years of extensive nursing experience across a variety of specialties, including Allergy/Immunology, Cancer Care, Dermatology, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, and Wound Care. Her diverse skill set and dedication to patient care ensure that individuals with chronic conditions receive the highest standard of support and attention tailored to their unique needs.

In 2016, Michelle was honored with the Citizen’s Hero Award by the Saint Lucie Fire District for her quick-thinking and compassionate actions in saving an 86-year-old woman with dementia. This recognition highlights her commitment to going above and beyond to make a difference in her community.

As part of our team, Michelle plays a vital role in Chronic Care Management, working closely with patients to develop comprehensive care plans that include detailed records of their chronic conditions, medications, goals, and care providers. Her meticulous approach ensures that patients have the resources and support they need to manage their health effectively.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys gardening and cooking, often accompanied by her three rescue dogs. She and her husband are excitedly preparing to celebrate their daughter’s upcoming college graduation, a proud milestone for their family.

Q.What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?

You will need your insurance card(s), Photo ID, A list of current medications and any relevant medical history you feel the doctor should review.

Q.What is an Internal Medicine Doctor?

Not to be confused with an “intern” who is someone in their first year of training after completing medical school, an internist spends three years after medical school learning how to care for adults with both simple and complex diseases and also how to help keep adults healthy. You can think of them as a pediatrician for grown-ups. While practice patterns are changing, many general internists (like many in our practice) take care of the whole patient both in the office and in the hospital. Q.What are your office hours?

Office hours are Monday – Friday between 8AM and 5PM

Our phones are on from 8:30AM to 4:30PM

Jupiter Internal Medicine Associates does not close for lunch.

Q.What are your hours for pro-times and injections?

Tuesday from 8-12AM and 2-4PM

Wednesday from 2PM-4PM

Friday from 8AM-12PM

No appointment is necessary but would be beneficial and cut wait time as we would have you on the schedule.

Q.How long does it take to get a medication refill or test results?

We do ask you request your medication refills in advance, generally, we have a quick turn around time but it could take up to two business days. The most efficient way would be to request a refill from your pharmacy.

You will receive a call with your test results within three business days.
